Each listing posted on Trading Desk is verified to ensure that the product photographed is authentic. Our Buyer Protection covers verified listings, as well as secure payment processing and post-purchase support.
If you encounter a significant discrepancy between what you received and the seller’s description, contact our support team within 7 days of paying for the item for assistance.
Listing and selling items is completely free! You will receive your funds 10 days after selling an item, this gives us enough time to ensure that there are no issues with the transaction.
To list an item, log in to your account, click on the “Sell an item” button, and follow the step-by-step instructions to create a detailed listing for your streetwear, sneakers, or accessories. We review all listings so there will be a 5-10 hour delay before your item appears on the marketplace. Keep an eye on your Messages in case we need you to edit your listing before we can approve it. And make sure you’ve entered your payment details and verified your KYC information so that you can receive payouts!
Absolutely. Go to your account, select the item, and choose to edit or delete your listing. Remember, some edits might be restricted after a purchase has been made.
We welcome various streetwear, sneakers, and accessories, including new and gently-used items. Check the Brands drop-down in “Sell an item” for the latest information.
You’re in control! Set your desired price for each item, and buyers can either purchase at that price or make reasonable offers through our secure offers system. Negotiate and agree a price that works for you.
We’ve got your back! Our buyer and seller protection policy covers scenarios like non-payment, fraudulent claims, and disputes. Refer to our policies for all the details.
